A two hour window given in the event that you may be running late,  please communicate ahead of time if you're going to be late. If the two hour window has elapsed without communication, your order will be left outside my door.  Whatever may happen after this time is not Kimsnectar's responsibility.

Yes, We offer vegan cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops. Please fill out and submit an online order to inquire.

We require a minimum of three days for popular styles and 2 weeks for all custom orders. 

Yes you may. Rushed  CUSTOMIZED orders less than two weeks ahead of your event incurs an $25 fee.

We  are sorry, we do not currently provide delivery. We hope to provide delivery services in the near future.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your order. Without the deposit, your order will NOT be fulfilled. 

Payments are only accepted via e-etransfer.

We know that life is unpredictable and plans do change. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund 12 days before your order date. A refund will not be facilitated if you decide to cancel within 10 days of your order pick-up date.

We are located in Scarborough, one light east of Orton Park and Lawrence  

Cupcakes are one flavour per dozen, with or without filling and you may choose up to 3 colours.
